OFFICE INFORMATION

We place high priority on the quality of our office staff members and know you will feel confident and comfortable in their care. Our clinical staff is well trained and experienced in patient procedures and treatments. The Center's business office is staffed with expertly trained employees who are well versed and familiar with all major health plans.

Patients in need of routine medical care or follow-up visits are asked to make an appointment. Walk-in patients with no appointments will be worked around scheduled patients. Appointment delays due to emergency situations occasionally occur. Typically, we see patients in the older they sign in. While every attempt will be made to see you as quickly as possible, wait times will be based on the number of people seeking care as well as the seriousness of their condition. In certain cases that do not require a doctor's attention, patients may be seen by a lab technician or nurse before patients who must wait for a doctor. Visit times may vary, but our intention is to treat every patient in the shortest time possible.

If your condition is beyond the scope of our services, we will recommend that you consult a specialist. We can recommended a physician who has the needed expertise or endeavor to arrange a referral to your preferred specialist.
